Very ripe mangoes make simple pudding sublime.add sweetened condensed milk for a touch of creaminess.
Mango pudding- luscious,soft and fruit desert that is incredibly easy to make with just 4 ingredients.it is a gluten-free,dairy free and gelatine free crowd-pleasing vegan dessert that can be made in advance.
Mango pudding is one of the simplest and tastiest desserts to make with few ingredients and minimal time pudding is one such are rare dessert in my home that everybody likes and finishes it off without any fuss.be it wheatberry.pudding or coconut milk pudding or carrot coconut pudding.
HOW TO MAKE:
•we need around 500 to 600 grams of mangoes which serves around 4 people I'm going to show show you a little technique about how to cut this mangoes perfectly.its easy hack just 1/2 and cut this into small cubes make sure you don't cut the skin of the mango then take a spoon and scoop it out into perfect cubes.
•Its done.now add around 4 tsp of sugar and grind it for about 3 to 4 minutes then,strain it to remove all the fibers and to get a smooth mango puree and as it's very thick it own strain easily so you just have to use a spatula to strain it out like so you then I'm gonna cook this on low flame for about 4 to 5 minutes.
•now it's time to add the cornflour I have taken 1 cup of milk 3 tsp of corn flour and 1/2 a cup of fresh cream now just add the corn flour into the milk and mix it nicely.
•then add the mixture into the mango puree and keep stirring if you can also use china glass or agar agar instead of contour if you have it handy you.
•Then after two minutes add the fresh cream and mix it properly. fresh cream makes any kind of pudding thick and creamy and also gives it a very nice cream flavor.keep stirring it and the puree becomes thick.now remove it from the heat and pour it into some heat-resistant serving bowls or glasses.
• after that just let it come down to room temperature then store it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.
•Now serve it cold with some chopped mangoes and some fruits as you like.
