MEXICAN CHICKEN BURGER🍔

 

Everyone loves a good burger.butbthis mexican burger a great burger! All  of your favourite mexicans flavours on a Lean beef & chicken  burger.its smokey,it's spicy and it's topped with that all important guac.fldont get stuck In a burger rut-put a twist on a classic  with this Mexican burger.

Every one loves a classic burger,but you can only eat so many in a summer.and I don't know about you,but late June/early july.i am ready for something different.!this Mexican burger is loaded with all your favourite southwest inspired flavours but nestled in a brioche bun with Chipotle slaw and pic de gallo.your friends are going to be pleasantly surprised by these!

How to make them ? 

•We have grill here you couldn't barbecue this outside,just endorse aside SANDWITCH press.you have to place photos wash the slices down  and just gently brush them with some oil and then grill them for both four minutes person.

•so 700 grams of ground chicken here and now add in one tablespoon of cumin ,1/2 a teaspoon of paprika,1 diced jalapeno and 1 clove garlic,half of finely diced red onion and cilantro as well as the juice  from one lemon key.so finally add in is one egg and three tablespoon of almond flour and them stir this all around and get it nice and mixed together.

 •you want to make sure  that all flavours everything or really evenly to make sure they're all mixed together.
 
•Now starting to form some bodies but first I'm gonna review bad squash  legs from the growth.these are gonna cook in about 3 to 4 minutes total.if your are grilling  these on a barbecues only heat from one source from one side I should say it's going to be more like 3 to 4 minutes per side.

•Now we are going to keep on grilling more slices and form the patties.this will take about 5-6 minutes to cook.

•While they are cooking make a quick salsa by chopping tomatoes,cilantro, red onion and jalapeno also mash 1.Avocado.mixed together.

•So all  done so we have a layer butternut squash we lettuce chipotle mayo the really flavourful chicken burgers,guacamole and then the salsa and all made in under 20 minutes so these are perfect for your summer barbecue.you can eat them with a knife and fork for you could pick up on the butternut squash.they are kind of messy but who cares when they taste good! 

What to serve them with? 
 
You can't really beat serving burgers with some GARLIC POTATO WEDGES. but you want to keep with the Mexican vibe then make up a big batch of BLACK BEAN NACHOS or some CRUNCHY MEXICAN COLESLAW. 


EXTRA TIPS 

Serve with nachos and some Mexican spiced coleslaw 

put the burgers in the fridge for about 30 minutes before cooking,as this will help them to stay together.

we added a habanero chutney for the sauce ,but you can use your favourite burger sauce instead.

make a low carb version of this by using a giant lettuce leaf instead of a bread bun.
