NOTES FOR MAKING THIS RECIPE:
•A trick I found for not adding too many popcorn kernels into a pot was a pour enough kernels to cover the bottom of whatever pot you are using in a single layer.
•You can use a pot with a lid angled to one side to allow the steam to escape,but I find that the popcorn start to escape as it's popping and the final popcorn can become a little tough and soggy.
1.We have covered the base of the pot with butter Or oil(As per your wish).and let's cover the pot so it hits a faster oil is hot.
2.Add popcorn kernels step by step and cover the pot again.
3.Cook in medium heat until the rapid popping starts to slow down 4-5 minutes.then remove from the heat.Don't wait until the popcorn has stopped popping completely because it will b burnt!
4.When you open it just be careful,just open it a little bit away from your eyes,now we can seasoning the popcorn salt as per taste.its good idea to season it while it's really hot authorizing the popcorn will not catch on the seasoning red chilli pepper.
5.Shake it well.serve immediately .enjoy!
