Of course ,the cream need to be replaced with something else,my favourite is coconut milk,or especially coconut cream; I love the thickness and texture it's bring to the meal
This shouldn't be a sweet meal though I'm so I've found a new chopped chives are the perfect offset to the coconut.so good.

HOW TO PICK A GOOD MUSHROOM: when you are checking out the mushroom in your local shop,there are couple of things to look out for;
Firstly-fresh mushrooms should be dry- but not so dry they feel dried out or -wrinkly they definitely shouldn't be slimy,either!
Secondly-Avoid very soft or soggy mushrooms,or ones with bruising.you want a nice,firm texture.
Thirdly-definitely wash your mushroom!
And finally-store your mushrooms in paper bag.if you don't have any around and really must use plastic or wrap,make sure there are some holes in to it to let in about of air.and use them up as soon as you can.

Buttery garlic mushrooms,sauteed in a creamy sauce filed with bacon flavours,herbs and optional white wine finished with parmesan and mozzarella or coconut cream and boiled until bubbling and golden completes the flavour explosion.
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC MUSHROOMS
You won't believe how easy this is:
Thinly slice and dice one shelah.then you want 4 cloves of garlic,take the roots of garlic ends off and thinly slice these.then you want 300grams of swiss brown mushrooms ,just thinly slice these and set aside. Now,chopped 2 tablespoons worth of afro parsley and it's finished.
PREPARING SAUCE:
For preparing the sauce,bring a large frying pan or a saucepan to a high heat,add two tablespoons worth of unsalted butter and stop the butter from burning then add on teaspoon of olive oil,going to allowed to melt ,then four cloves of chopped garlic and our one diced shallot going to mic these around and cook these for about 30 seconds then add 300 grams of mushrooms and mix that around again and cook this down for six to seven minutes stirring or tossing the pan frequently and don't worry if you think it's looks a little bit drier the mushrooms are reducing in size and releasing their moisture and I highly recommended using swiss brown mushrooms in this recipe as they have so much flavour and also bring off a nice color to the sauce and this stage,you're going to add a small pinch of salt then after about six minutes,add two tablespoons worth of parsley and one teaspoon worth of time.and then add 400 milliliters of ful fat cream OR coconut cream as per you like.mix over that and bring this to boil then reduce the heat down to a medium and simmer away for 15 minutes or until the sauce is nice and thick and during those 15 minutes stir the pan frequently,then turn the pan down to a medium and allow the sauce to reduce down and become nice and rich.Now,turn off the heat,give that a pinch of salt and few cracks of black pepper just kind of stir that food.Now we have a creamy rich garlic mushroom sauce.
This recipe is perfect by this steak over chicken with vegetables and pie there so much versatility to it.
